Q: Where do I pick up? All pickups are at our location in Grafton, WI. You'll receive the exact address in your booking confirmation.

Q: When do I return the gear? All rentals return by Sunday at 6pm. Late returns are charged at $25/hour.

Q: What if something gets damaged? We hold a $75 security deposit on your card at booking. Normal wear is on us. Damaged equipment is on you. Our rental agreement includes an itemized replacement cost list so there are no surprises.

Q: Do you deliver? Yes — to your backyard for a flat $35 plus mileage from Grafton. For curated campground setups mileage applies from Grafton to the park.

Q: How hard is the setup? Each package comes with a laminated setup card with step-by-step instructions and photos. The Backyard Night takes about 20 minutes. If you get stuck text us — we'll walk you through it.

Q: What if it rains? Most of our gear handles light rain. For curated camp weekends we'll work with you to reschedule within 30 days at no charge.

Q: I'm not in Wisconsin — can I still buy something? Yes. Our digital products and ODC merch ship everywhere. Visit the Merch page to shop now.

Q: Do you do birthday parties? Absolutely. We have seven outdoor birthday packages for ages 3–14. Visit our Birthdays page to see everything included.

Q: What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations made 7+ days before pickup receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit but receive a credit toward a future booking. No-shows forfeit the full payment.

Q: How do I book? Click Book Now on any package. You'll complete a short booking form and pay a 50% deposit to hold your date. We'll confirm within 24 hours.
